My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and comfortable for my mother and sister, but there was a disorganization with the reservation process that made me feel frustrated and unsatisfied. The hotel has wonderful room-darkening curtains and is located on the third floor where the laundry, exercise area, and pool are situated. The rooms feature great king size beds and modern bathrooms with excellent showers. The service has always been friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make my stay special, including celebrating my birthday. The location offers good plane spotting when aircraft are arriving on 35R, though it could be improved in terms of cleanliness. The dining experience was amazing with a special child's breakfast and friendly kitchen staff, but there were discrepancies with the confirmed breakfast options. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay.
