My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and comfortable for my mother and sister, but there was a disorganization with the reservation process that made me feel frustrated and unsatisfied. The service was superb when I arrived, but there was an issue with the availability of certain amenities. The location was nice and handy for my meetings, but it was not quite up to the current standards I expected. The dining experience was good overall with a nice added bonus, although there were some discrepancies in what was offered. The facilities were decent, although there was room for improvement in certain areas.

The hotel offers comfortable rooms with large bathrooms, but the reservation process was disorganized, and there was a slight mysterious smell. The rooms come with microwaves but lack bathtubs. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.

Upon arrival, I faced a frustrating situation with the rooms, but eventually enjoyed the wonderful room features such as room-darkening curtains despite some noise from neighboring rooms. The service was kind and efficient, with a minor inconvenience encountered at the restaurant. The location directly in the airport proved to be perfect for plane spotting. Dining was good overall with a nice child's breakfast, and the facilities were satisfactory.

I truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, perfect for doing business work. While there were some sounds from neighboring rooms, the overall experience was comfortable. The service was exceptional, from the warm welcome at the Front Desk to the attentive restaurant staff. The location was very convenient for my meetings, being close to the airport and office. The dining options offered a good variety, and the facilities were well-kept.

The hotel has wonderful room-darkening curtains and is located on the third floor where the laundry, exercise area, and pool are situated. The rooms feature great king size beds and modern bathrooms with excellent showers. The service has always been friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make my stay special, including celebrating my birthday. The location offers good plane spotting when aircraft are arriving on 35R, though it could be improved in terms of cleanliness. The dining experience was amazing with a special child's breakfast and friendly kitchen staff, but there were discrepancies with the confirmed breakfast options. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay.
